Tien Le is a registered patent attorney with a focus on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution in electrical and computer arts including telecommunications, media distribution, data storage, semiconductors, software, circuits and electronics.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Le worked at boutique intellectual property law firms with clients ranging from individual inventors to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to patent prosecution, Mr. Le has experience with infringement analysis, trademark prosecution and pre-trial litigation.
Mr. Le received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Le received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. During law school, he served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Mr. Le is admitted to practice in the state of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
