Matt Washburn specializes in intellectual property with an emphasis in patent prosecution and counseling in the electrical and computer-related arts. In particular, he has significant experience in cellular and wireless technologies, including 4G, 5G, and IEEE 802.11, as well as other areas of computer technology. He has procured patents for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to local inventors.

Before practicing law, Mr. Washburn worked as an FPGA Engineer with Applied Signal Technology, Inc., focusing on reconfigurable broadband telecommunication systems. He also served as an Electronic Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Marine Corps.
